Growing B.Caapi in canada ?

Migrated topic.
I think it is..since I do the same with salvia..but I havent tried growing caapi yet..and im in vancouver..other places in canada are not so temperate..

I guess, if you give it a really great first season with lots of sun, water and a good soil with large place to the roots. Caapi is a rather hardy plant if well established. I guess it may pose a problem to move lianas in and out each year though, if your plant ever gets that big!

yes but you'd have to be rich or have big heated greenhouse for that.
Yeah id love to grow a mimosa too, their so nice.

you can grow them as a -more or less- bush. can see them doing ok in canada indoors, but wouldnt expect much stem harvesting from them.
