If you get 6% yield with not grinding your seeds, stick with it, this is very neat.Filtering grinded seeds is a pain in the aarsche, I made a thread how to overcome the problem but then it take a ton of time and still same 6% yield. I gonna try your freeze/thaw micro style a go on whole seeds to compare. Thx for posting. :thumb_up:
