Yes the towel thing seems amazing i can imagine how much more power can be applied. I have a strong and big metallic strainer so i go hard on them too.

if u noticed i don't freeze 5 times anymore it's not necessary i just mash, boil and strain/squeeze....

I really think this method can be reduced and simplified much more i will try to modify and reduce the time of the steps...
