Harmala's & ritalin

Hi all,

I know it is not a good idea to combine harmala's and ritalin, but I am wondering how much time I should leave in-between taking harmala's and ritalin and in-between taking ritalin and harmala's?
I consume harmala's pretty much every day, but I need to try ritalin to see if it can help with cognitive issues.

Usually it's reasonable to wait for 6 half lives to consider a substance cleared. Methylphenidate has a half life of about 3 hours, so that would be 18 hours minimum to wait until taking harmalas. I would wait at least 24 hours..

For how long to wait after taking harmalas, @dreamer042 already made the calculations here, and it's 72 hours for oral harmalas.
