Screw holding it under your tongue. If you're taking it to inhibit your gastric MAO enzymes, which are not present in your mouth, then this is silly. DMTincture under the tongue, on the other hand, may be active w/o MAOI... Swim has some tincture which he is considering trying soon...Just swallow yer harmel tincture and wait until you feel a subtle shift in consciousness (you get a bit mellower, kinda almost drunky buzzed). Usually no more than 15 min is needed. Then spice it up. 8)
