Some good tips there, but please break it up into paragraphs! It was quite difficult for me to wade through such a large wall of text.
You can learn as much as you like, but nothing compares to taking that leap into the unknown. Do you plan on trying it soon? I'm sure any expectations you may have will be smashed to smithereens  I have found DMT an excellent way of 'clearing the cobwebs' and refreshing the mind, how ever it won't do everything for you, you must take the incentive after the experience.
You are right, trying to force an experience won't work, how ever influencing it before hand with meditation and positive intention can really have a positive effect.
the one who just want to get high are in for a shock  DMT aint that kind of drug. I'm sure there are many older people out there who could do with a stiff dose of humility, I don't think this is age dependent personally.
You are right, integration is an integral part of these types of exploration
Yup, serotonin syndrome can be deadly, although smoked DMT and Changa do make excellent combinations with other substances, such as LSD, 2CB, MXE etc - I do not advise this for those inexperiened with DMT however, get used to each substance on their own before combining! alcohol before for me is a no-no.
IF I listen to music while blasting off, it has no lyrics, and is prefferably slow and ambient. Lyrics will soon become meaningless and confusing. Personally I prefer silence, as hyperspace has its own sounds and music which are great to listen to on their own. I know many enjoy music during their experiences, while others find it too grounding and distracting, or just straight up over whelming due to their senses becoming super fine tuned. That track seems more geared towards MDMA or alcohol use than DMT, but what ever floats your boat, I guess
Welcome aboard, i look forward to hearing what you think once you have experienced this wonderful molecule!
