Health Stone DMT?

Hello All,
I was wondering if anyone out there has ever tried smoking dmt with a health stone bowl. I tried it recently out of my roommate's PHX honeycomb waterpipe with about 40-50 mg and took the whole thing in one hit with it milking to the top of the tube. This totally floored me and the comeup was incredibly strong (even for dmt) and was really overwhelming having that much dmt taken in so fast. I am wondering if anyone has tried this with a different dose and what it was like. As for me after having the experience of becomeing white light seeing my entire life in a minute and then forgetting it and spending the next 6 or 7 minutes trying to find out who i was from my friends i think i will stick to the 3 hit method with blue lotus but still I am interested in other people's experiences with a health stone if there are any.
 
Start low, and work your way up. 50mg is a powerful dose, and the difference between 40 and 50mg is pretty big, from what I've read. I usually go for 15-25mg, depending how far I'm willing to go, but everyone should find they're own sweet spot. Always weigh your doses. What you think might be 40mg might as well be 60 or more.

Doses over 50mg make you forget the experience, by the way. Take a look around the wiki and the forums, there's a LOT of quality information lying around.
 
Yeah you are definitely right about 40mg being big. I weighed it but using a hundredth scale because i don't have a mg scale so it definitely could have been bigger. I've done 40 mg and bigger and been fine but i never took it all in one hit like this time which made it especially ridiculous. Also listening to Beethoven's Piano Sonata 14 did not help at all (way to sad of a song for dmt!)
