Hello, everyone!

Feels good to be joining such an amazing community.

As for myself, I was fortunate enough to come across DMT a little over a year ago and it has been the most influential tool in my growth as a person. Because it has been such an import piece of my life, I have devoted my life to spreading the light to anyone willing to take that ride. The worst reaction thus far from the several hundred people I have taken to hyperspace was a blank stare accompanied by, "shit's weird, yo."

My current goal is to make every type of Changa that is known, become familiar with each type, and use that knowledge to choose exactly what someone needs for their journey based on their personality. Then eventually, I plan to head to Brazil to stay with the shamans. Hopefully, if I'm worthy, I will train to be one myself.

Hey TricksterofNoke,

Sorry I missed your intro essay, I feel bad! Glad you bumped it.
I am really happy to hear that DMT has been the most influential tool in your personal growth! That is quite a statement, I am sure many people here feel similarly.

Changa is just caapi and DMT. Most of the herbs people use don't really have much of an effect other than the power of suggestion. I would suggest using caapi leaves and mullein, because it is good for the respiratory system, smokes good, and absorbs DMT well. Lavender can be added for its calming effects and pleasant aroma. Personally I also add a bit of white sage, like a pinch, because I love the stuff.

Do what you feel is right, of course, however I personally feel that some people are just not meant to use DMT. It is a very powerful substance. I feel it takes a certain kind of person, usually with a certain amount of experience with other substances before hand, or else I wouldn't even consider mentioning it to them at all, but that's just me.

Welcome to the DMT-Nexus. Don't worry too much about being a shaman, just be yourself. You don't have to be a shaman to use DMT.

Ill keep that in mind for the changa.

As for spreading DMT, I agree that it isn't for everyone, but I don't believe experience in psychedelics is completely necessary. I've dosed several people on DMT as their first time psychedelic and it went beautifully. What truly matters is instilling a respect for how powerful it is. As long as there is respect, the inhabitants of hyperspace tend to take very good care if the voyager. I'm sure everyone here will agree that those beings want only the best for our society and culture.

And I know becoming a shaman isn't necessary, but I feel as if they have the best understanding of the spiritual realm we all love. I just want to learn all I can about what this life is capable of...

Welcome to the Nexus TricksterofNoke. The spice can be a hugely valuable tool in our work on ourselves.

As with most things, there's very little agreement here on the Nexus regarding entities. Some people don't experience them at all. Some believe they're projections of our own mind. A few even believe that they are demons destroying our souls. It's a great variety we have.
