Hi Phil, great first post!  It's cool that you're giving back with your list, which I have made note of. 

To both you and expansionmirror, I am glad to see others who plan to go it alone also.  I kind of felt like I was in a pretty big minority being that is how it will be for me as well.

I've had limited lucid dreaming experience, and my OBE(if it was one, I just know it started with sleep paralysis, not fun) was something that the one person I mentioned it to said I was on a lower astral plane.  I hope my break through is nothing of the sort, although I have tried to get back to sleep paralysis/OBE without fear, but haven't been able to yet.
