Welcome to the Matrix.  I really really enjoyed reading that Introductory Essay.  Thank you so much for sharing.  Keep posting like that and my theory is that you will be promoted in no time at all. 

Generally I tell folks to take a good look around this place, but it sounds like you already know the territory fairly well.
