Thank you for sharing. Back pain is a very common issue for people to deal with and I'm sure there are plenty who will benefit.

Love this kind of exercises yinuo.
I feel when the back gets locked, the sour is typical, and know some veeeeery similar movements to unlock it, snap snap tac goes the vertebrea and I know guaranteed the sour is gone.
Exercise 1 is good for the thoracic section, for the lumbar is another more suited and those unlock with a firmer bang.
I would not do it too frequent though, a physiotherapist once told me not to snap it too often, he said one can come into trouble by snapping the vertebrae way too often.
When completely warmed up in a sauna it goes very easily, when cold it's just the opposite.
Wonderous that your intuition was fed by our beloved.

The only reasonable way to show is like you did, then I would blurr me face.

Jees, I'm not quite grasping what you mean by "sour" with respect to tight back muscles. Presumably something has been lost in translation - are you referring to acidic accumulations or something else, like pain, immobility or discomfort?

Hi, I meant sour like a painful spine (compressed disks and nerves pain), not so much the muscles an sich. Yet tight muscles are a potential source of compressing the disks and the nerves in between.

Yinuo I'll try to fix an incognito vid but this is new to me, gonna use Davinci Resolve but haven't used the face-blurr tracking so far, hope this works, need some time :thumb_up:
