Have you looked into adrenal insufficiency? Problems with adrenal burnout are common and can cause all those symtoms. It is not an eay thing to overcome, but a change in lifestyle helps..that includes everything from diet to your work life, sleep cycles etc..


Even if it started with a virus..that can be really stressful and draining on a person and that level of stress and anxiety etc can lead to other problems later on.
