Good advice so far, and I thought about adrenal fatigue like jamie did. Not as the cause of your problems, but as a likely side effect or something that might be addressed besides any other initiatives you follow, at least in my experience. I treated myself against physical stress and burnout in the past, successfully with Ginseng, and even more successfully with Rhodiola Rosea. Take a look into them.


And as for DMT and aya, I would just keep reading and learning until I found the decision in myself. I don't think they would make things worse, but to get the best out of them you might appreciate feeling better physically. But again, it's up to you.
