Sort of different I guess, in that if you ask your doctor about adreal fatigue it's likely they will say there is no such thing.I digress.One thing in that situation a person should be doing is making sure they are eating at least every few hours..and avoid any refined sugars and carbs..you want to eat carbs and animal proteins but you want foods that stabalize your blood sugar levels..like yams..When your adrenals are not doing their job like that your blood sugar is going all over the place unless you take action to stabalize it..you can get really low lows and just crash completely throughout the day, and then later feel okay..really really low energy, anxiety, depression, exhaustion..these are all common in that situation..so are things like back pain..and often people will wake up in the morning feeling they just cant get out of bed at all and have zero energy..and then at night have lots of trouble falling asleap. If you feel like this at all than probly a good idea to seriously look into your adrenal sitation.In any case I would get some good adaptogenic herbs and get on the most balanced and clean diet you can be on..get lots of rest and dont push yourself to do things you dont feel like doing..dont skip meals etc..
