Greetings to everyone in this community,
I thought I make a small introduction about myself.
I work within the physical training area with a holistic approach taking diffrent methods from diffrent areas and implenting them in an effective way to help clients. At the moment I'm studying new techniques to test and resolve issues via movement neurology.
At my free time I dedicate myself to areas that can expand consciusness as a part of the holistic approach. My experience and use of different psychedelics have change alot for me personally and also perspective wise. Have implemented meditations and microdosing over periods besides the more solid tripps.
My focus at the moment is to get a brew working for me with different ethnobotanicals.
Trying with banisteriopsis caapi yellow, anisteriopsis muricata red, psychotria viridis "chacruna" and diplopterys cabrerana "chaliponga". Any personal or none personal tips within this area is much apprciated. May probably pop up somthing I haven't learned yet.
Also as second I'm a bit interested in changa and the different blends.
Thanks for the sharing of knowledge that being posted in the forum. Will be diving in and discover even more as interest continues.
Live well in the now!
