Glad to be here, endlessness.
I thought I should of expanded my greeting on my first post, but happy to do it now.
I consider myself very noobie in the DMT world, but that is changing everyday. A few weeks ago I did a "nomans" tek without knowing it (a friend walked me through it) and next time I will be prepared ten fold from my first time extracting. It was a real uplifting experience from ordering everything to the final product, and everything in between.
I have smoked it twice now, and both times have been interesting and learned from it, but it hasn't taken me anywhere..yet. I still feel very optimistic about this molecule. My first time I used a sandwich method with a little weed, and I probably burned it rather then vaping. I am learning the craft of smoking and do not want to use weed for my next time.
When I smoked it each time I started to feel different, in a good way, almost natural feeling of my self. I try and close my eyes and relax, but maybe I'm not letting go as I should, because both times very soon after I end up getting up and walking around. I have been nowhere close to "breathing through."
My experience with other psychedelics are positive to say the lest. Never had a bad trip, and always had respect using them. I have taken mushrooms and lsd a few times each. They were always enjoyable and kept my mind thinking. Only one experience really stays with me and that is a mushroom experience in that I felt intuitive and aware at the highest level I've ever experienced in life. I felt so connected and flowing freely. I could start to read my fellow triper's mind, and they noticed. It was like feeling confident without an ego...blissful. That experience changed for the better for about a year or two. From that day I had such a better outlook on life, but as time went on that feeling started to fade as I became more jaded about society and life. So all in all psychodelics have been a positive force in my life.
Other than psychodelics, I'll talk about some of my hobbies. I am the kind of person where I find something and I master it. I stay with it till it's no longer interesting to me, which doesn't happen often. From childhood I have always been competitive with games and sports, and still am. For a living, I play online poker. I love it. I play games for a living and have freedom to do what I want at any time.
I could go on but ill stop right there.
What about you? Experiences or thoughts when first discovering dmt?
well, indeed.
