Just thought I would mention that if you seek a breakthrough and are unsuccessful you can try again in 45mins to an hour.. I always leave it an hour myself

Dosage can be funny, my wife has been to other realms on 20mg yet I get semi-breakthrough on 30 and full with 40-60mg (admittedly with 60mg I have enough for a follow up hit).

For the machine I would recommend coarse wire wool (about 2-3mm width) they usually come in balls (surfactant and detergent free).. The thin wool heats up too quick and I find it easily burns the spice, also you get a horrible taste that simply isn't there with the slight coarser/thicker stuff.

Best of luck with your attempts. I hope the hospital time will go well for you and gives you time to integrate what you may experience.
