Hello World

Migrated topic.

Nova

Rising Star
Hello everyone, yet another Seattleite here. After lurking around for a while I decided that it would be best to begin participating in some of the discussions that happen here. I've got a diverse range of interests (Programming, Parkour, Climbing, Backpacking, ...) and have been interested in this sort of self exploration for quite some time.

Most importantly though, I want to stay safe with what I do. While I'm not expecting to embark on any great journeys for some time, this seemed like a smart first step. I still have a lot to learn, think about, and questions to ask before I'll feel ready (and what better place to do all of this).

While I'll admit that I'm fairly new to drugs in general, all of my research has led me to DMT. I have a great amount of respect for the drug (just from reading people's experiences) and especially like the idea of me personally learning how, experimenting with, and finally creating the end result.

Thanks for the great resource guys, I hope that I one day have the experience to share with fellow newcomers.

Good screen name you have there....

Welcome aboard. :d

So do you mind telling us what experience you have had with psychedelics so far?
Also ...I'm just curios as to what types of things you are looking to learn by using DMT?

Honestly, I have zero experience with psychedelics (besides being around people using them). I've dabbled into other drugs before but never found anything that I was really interested in, my research kept pointing me in this direction.

As for what I'm looking to learn, even I'm not sure yet, I'm hoping to find out eventually, but have no immediate plans, I'm still in the learning phase.

And yeah, I'm pretty happy Nova wasn't taken :d, I use this handle everywhere but always have to add awkward variations.

Salutations Nova. Right now isn't the easiest for us here. but, if you are seriously considering the spice you're where you belong- we all take the spice seriously unlike the Drug enforcement adminitstration thanks to whose complete lack of jurisprudence or complete unethical denial to the legality of DMT containing Mimosa Hostilis root bark enabling them without legal authority to raid a certain modest commerical internet merchant causing other gun toting swat sqaud weary vendors to temporarily cut off supply.

But... if you are interested in DMT, you can learn how simple and effective methods of extracting the spice to pure form. Using stuff like Acacia. virola. etc...

Or you can make the shamanic traditional brew, Ayahuasca:

100 grams of blend of B. Cappi vine, chopped into very thin and fine pieces. boiled in a pot for 8 hours, splashed with some lemon juice, after being strained through a tee shirt three times each into a few cups, than discarding the vine bits, while boiling down the saved cups into a single cup of 200 ml.

While doing the same thing with 70 grams of chacrun, in another pot.

It's not hard, Blessings traveler.

That is a great first step. Welcome to the nexus.

Welcome nova. As a beginner it is likely that you´ll feel a bit intimidated by the power and depth of the psychedelic experience at first. But i promise you: when you didn´t end-up in a mental hospital after the first 10/20 times, you will discover that there´s not much to fear realy. 😁

Welcome Nova!

You seem like a very grounded, sensible individual. You will do well. The entire process from learning to extracting to journeying and integrating......it's all a really very beautiful process of self discovery. It truly is. This path really does require a mature, sensible attitude with a pinch of craziness.

Any questions, feel free to ask away. This experience WILL change your life.

Once again, welcome!

Namaste-

Thanks for all the nice responses guys, It's great to be here. I'll be sure to ask any questions I end up having.
