So many of the caterpillars friends were afraid of trying this sacrament. However, after some relaxation beforehand with a calm and positive mindset, he would load 30 mg in a bowl for each friend. (Was at different times) And no matter who I gave it too liked it alot, even if they did not breakthrough (sub breakthroughs are fun too  ) He did load 60 mg in one bowl for a friend and he broke through and just stayed still with his eyes wide open laying down. He even remembers giving a rather large dose to a another good friend of pure white spice, and his description basically was that his soul was ripped out of his body.. lol
