To whom it may concern
sorry to bother you with such a silly post but, I created this member handle in order to help resolve my old original member issue.
I've been a member for 12 years without incident but now for some reason I can't sign on
anymore and have been unable to reset my password. I try to reset the password but an email never comes to reset it. I don't know whats wrong.
This site has been an important place for me. I have a sentimental attachment to being a member on here especially after so many experiences over the many years of being here.
any senior member that can help me with this , it would be greatly appreciated.
I'm not sure if its OK to mention my name here or if it even matters.

I hope the mods looks into it soon , I don't know whether you should mention your old member name just yet , let the mods chime in , they will surely look into this

Edit: Also try going on chat , the mods might be online
 
Password reset was broken when I was trying to do that a few months ago, I was able to find my old PW somehow.

I never heard any answer on why it’s down or if it will be fixed.

Sorry only The Traveler is able to reset your account, I suggest you PM him with your old member name and request, and/or try to join the chat usually friday/saturday which is when he joins, and mention to him.

If I do see him online I'll point him to this thread.

Maybe he can help me out. This place has been such a fixture in my life, its been weird to not have access using my original hyperspace battle scarred username. :)
