Hi Nexians,

As part of our continued effort to foster a respectful, supportive, and inclusive environment for all members of the DMT Nexus, we want to clearly reaffirm a core value:

We do not tolerate sexism, racism, ageism, homophobia, transphobia, ableism, or discrimination of any kind, including that based on gender, sexual orientation, ethnicity, nationality, age, or any other personal identity.

This applies across the entire Nexus platform—forums, chat, private messages, and beyond.

How to Report Discrimination or Harassment
We’ve heard in the past that some members weren't sure how to report unacceptable behavior. Good news: you no longer need to message individual moderators. We now have a streamlined reporting system that gets your concern in front of all moderators at once. Here's how to use it:

To report a forum post:

1. Click the "Report" button on the post in question.
2. Add any relevant information and context.
3. Submit—it goes straight to the entire moderation team.

To report a user:

1. Visit the user’s profile.
2. Click the "Report" button.
3. Include details (what happened, when, etc.) and submit.

If it happened in chat:

• Please try to screenshot the comment(s).
• Include the timestamp and/or copy/paste the relevant lines.
• Send it in via a report form on the user profile on the forum, or if necessary, contact a mod with all the details.

What Happens After You Report:

1. First incident → Warning
2. Second incident → One-month ban
3. Repeated offenses → Long-term or permanent ban

We want the Nexus to be a space where everyone can share, explore, and grow without fear of discrimination or harassment. Your reports help protect that space for all of us.
