Hey there,
has anyone tried doing a herbal percolator extraction on MHRB [with either alcohol or water],
reducing it down to a small amount,
acidifying to pH3 and then adding in excess zinc powder [for conversion of dmt-n-oxide to dmt salt],
filtering out the solids
and then doing a Noman A/B tek on it.
just as figured that it would potentially mean could also use less NaOH and get higher extractions with less gunk/mess or zinc potentially binding to stuff in the cell walls/solids.
Do you reckon you could also pull thru any other alkaloids in addition to the n-oxide with this?
any recommendations appreciated.
