Herbalizer Vaporizer

I've looked around the nexus for a while to see if anyone had any experience with this particular Vaporizer and it seems like the answer is no. Or at least not that anyone has said really. I have one, actually bought it a while back with the sole purpose of using it for Spice once i got my hands on it. It has worked marvelously for anything else i put into it but it doesn't seem to be great for Spice. Well... At least not so far. That's why i'm asking you guys.

So the first batch of spice i had seemed pretty decent. With nothing to compare it to this is purely speculation and guess work based on what i've read. I started off loading 20mg onto it's liquid pad (not dissimilar to the Volcano or GVG's pad) and turned it all the way up to 445F. The result was not bad at all. The part that troubles me though is when the bag fills and i remove it, the canister is still letting out a good amount of smoke. This tells me not all the spice made it in. More evidence to this is i can load an entire other bag and it still carries the smell, taste, and much of the body feeling (no or VERY slight visuals) of Spice, so there definitely is some still in there. Now i know people have said before and many times that using it in a vaporizer will make it smell and taste like it for pretty much ever, but since i 100% love the smell and taste i considered it a bonus. As a note to those curious, it will fade eventually, so don't worry.

When i was upping the dose to attempt breakthrough i wound up around 80mg toward the end, and i don't feel like i broke through on that. This could be any number of things ranging between not pure spice, poor vaping technique, or any issues the herbalizer may have when trying to use it for this. I've tried lowering the temperature thinking i could have been burning it before but that didn't help. It just made the canister really sticky and i think aided in letting it fall from vapor form faster. I was going to at some point try the whip it comes with but the only way i could think to let the vapor collect would be to thumb the nozzle till i'm ready to go. Either that or take a massive number of hits as it trickle feeds it to me, but i know the faster the better.

So does anyone have any experience with this particular Vaporizer? Or any thoughts on what i should try next, or what could work?

I also vape, using the Arizer Solo (so there's no bag or anything, it's just a straight inhale from the heating element). I know the key is getting the temperature as high as possible without burning the spice, when you turn it up to 445F what does it smell like?

I'm not sure on the actual temperatures but I can smash through into hyperspace on the 3rd setting and it goes all the way up to 8 (AND there's a layer of tin foil between). I found the key to be leaving the vaporiser on for a good minute or two before actually taking anything from it, this way I'm sure that all of the spice has turned to the brown sticky goo and the first hit always has me to the point whereby I'm struggling to take a second.

I clean mine out quite regularly, and I always put it onto full temperature afterwards to burn off the remainder of the gunk that's in there. It smells like burnt oil at this temperature and doesn't have any DMT smell to it. After you've taken your dose and there's still vapour coming from the pad, what does it smell like? Is it vapour or smoke?

Hey, thanks for the reply. I read some of the review you posted but it is more aimed at the herbalizer in general rather than for spice purposes. I was looking more for someone's experience with one using spice specifically. I have used it for leaf and extract plenty, and it is amazing. Though with very little to compare it to spice wise i dont know how it measures up.

At 445 it smells and tastes just like the FB "powder" just stronger. I honestly dont know what burnt would smell like since i love the smell as is where most do not. I have a feeling if/when i do burn it ill know.

The herbalizer actually reaches temperature very fast. Like alarmingly fast. The smoke starts coming out the top on its way up to temperature. Afterward the smoke released i have not sniffed, but considering a second vape without adding anything yeilds vaped spice i am willing to bet it is spice and not smoke.

I also just bought a GVG to try but haven't had much luck with it yet. I have read it is tricky in it's own right, so i am not declaring the spice i have currently weak quite yet. But i am willing to bet that is the case sadly.

I remember a thread about someone who wanted to blow excess vapour in to a balloon but someone suggested it would be ineffective because the DMT would phase change and stick to the sides of the balloon.

Wouldn't that be the case here with the bag?​
