Greetings!
I am so glad to have found this forum. Reading through the Attitude page confirmed for me that this is a safe place to explore and share with others this passion I have for exploration, learning and healing. Unfortunately, I do not know anyone personally that shares my interest in using ethneogens. I'm in my mid-fifties and though I share my passion for this subject with my wife who graciously listens, she has no interest herself. But woohoo, lots of folks here
I've never experienced DMT, but about ten years ago I cultivated mushrooms for personal use and spent a couple of years with them... this turned out to be such a beneficial experience for me. I learned (the hard way) to approach them with a lot of respect, a healthy amount of fear (of what would surface) and humility...i emerged from this period with a renewed belief in the oneness of everything, a deeper spiritual leaning and a somewhat less fractured self.. But also came away with the inability to hide away in the semi-conscious, totally self UN-aware state that I had managed to live my life up to that point... this is all probably way too much information
I realized lately that I can't ignore my needs any longer and decided to sign up for an ayahuasca retreat in peru this summer. I'm hoping that my experience be positive and that the vine will become an integral part of my life.... bringing me here, acting like a sponge trying to soak up as much as possible.
Thank you for maintaining this site and for all of you who share your experiences and knowledge....
