Hmm, I wonder if the stone would "clear itself" with another session.  I often leave my GVG pad 'charged' from session to session and it kinda regulates itself.  I only wash when the neck gets a big ole blossom in it.

It would be good if another session would clear out the remaining residue, and 'trade' it for new goods.
