Hops is the only close relative of Cannabis. If you take fresh hops flowers and rub them between your hands and smell, they smell like some good Sativa sinse. You can smoke them for a mild but real buzz, but they are harsh as harsh can be. I've just chewed up and swallowed 8 or 9 of them for a sleepy effect. Stronger than Chamomile for darn sure. Maybe than Valerian, not much experience there.
