I have found that hotrails work really well for people who are sensitive to smoke. I have some friends who struggle trying to hit the vape cart and never seem to get there with the Yucan evolve. I also tend to waste a ton of dmt when I try to breakthrough with my Yucan. And while I can breakthrough with vape carts, I don't like smoking PG. Hotrails have been a great way to blast off painlessly in one hit. I think it's best done with someone else as you don't want to drop your burning hot glass tube on your lap or something. But setting it up for other people is a good way to guarantee a breakthrough!
