How long for sublingual harmalas to clears your system. Asking about waiting peroid to drink

Having a guys weekend soon and wanted to get a general idea of how long to wait after dosing sublingual harmalas before I could have a beer to 3. I figured at worse wait 24 hours but wondering if it can be done in the same night. I hear it causes a bad headache with oral and I rather not make a bad weekend.

afaik, the half-life of sublingual harmalas hasn't been researched, but 24 hours should be fine.
