For Example, if the IPA is truly saturated would some Fumaric Acid precipitate just by virtue of the evaporation of the IPA-- more quickly than the Limonene -- in the open jar -- during Salting?
My friend decanted his small yield and the Limonene that was transfered is now showing floating crystals.
But the original Limonene was left for over 3 days;
so why is all this new crystals forming?
My friend had read the "it keeps giving" quote.
But what does it keep giving I ask?; and how does one tell?
IF Limonene doesn't hold Fumaric Acid at all, then any, even a very small amount of evaporation -- maybe even the kind that takes place even in an over sized Mason Jar -- may lead to precipitating Fumaric Acid in Limonene?
This is a question BTW...:roll:
Thanks good peoples for your contribution...
