How much Mescaline Acetate to take?

So I did Ron's tek and this is what I ended up with:

In his tek, he says to start with 100-200mg. That seems really small.

I haven't weighed this out yet, but I'm guessing that it is at least a 1 gram.

Also, how does it look to you guys? Does it look right?

As for dosage, it depends on your personal sensitivity/metabolism, and the set and setting. Are you experienced with other phenetylamines? Do you usually need less, same or more than most people?

For me, 100-200mg would definitely leave an "I want more" taste. For me the real fun would start at 500mg but I already know how I react to it...

Well, I did this extraction like 4 months ago, so I am not 100% sure. But I think it was like 110 grams.

As for the tolerance thing, I have a high tolerance to everything I have ever tried. It is nothing for me to do 10 grams of shrooms or 5-8 grams of Syrian Rue.

Does it look right to you?

Does mescaline have a tolerance like shrooms do? If I do 25mgs and then an hour later I feel like doing 200-300mg more, will it work? Or will the tolerance issues ruin the 200mg dose?

Also, once I take my dose, how long until you will feel it?

Usually mescaline used to take 2+ hours to come up, but I swear the last two times I took, in 45 minutes I was feeling something already. I never redosed mescaline so don't know about immediate tolerance. One friend took first 300 and then 120mg 6 hours later and said he did not notice much with the 120.

I think it's better to take small dose and then only another day take again a higher dose if youve never took the substance. But if you're naturally tolerant, are experienced with psychedelics, are in good set and setting and maybe with a sitter, I think it should be pretty safe to consume a somewhat higher mescaline dose at first, like 3-500mg of acetate. I still didn't get to a point where mescaline was "too much" for me, it's always been so blissful and gentle even if strong. This is no recommendation for you to take a high dose, you will decide what you do, but just sharing some thoughts.

id divide your pile into 40% and 60%

after fasting for 12 hours (0 calories) id take the 40% and see how that experience treats you (food/calories tend to diminish my experiences)

if all went well take the other pile the next week

Do a mek wash on those alks. I ate a gram of acetates and had a very mild trip. Depending on the cactus, acetic acid can pull alot of non actives.

I thought about doing that, but then I figured the non-actives can't really make a trip worse right?

Non actives just make dosing difficult. Better to clean it, then waste your time.

i use a modified version of this tek and can easily harvest 80%+ alkaloids in under 4 hours with atleast 2 dry acetone washes on the hcl

I used extracted mescline-HCL. I have had tea in the past, but I think with mescaline i actually like the extracted powder better.

There would be no tolerance from 25mgs. I've dosed 100mgs and followed it up with 150mgs a few hours later and certainly got a bump in the experience.

I'd take the25-50mgs and wait until I was certain I could feel something...just to be safe. Then I'd redose right then. Probably 60 minutes in.

Also I agree with endlessness. It hits me pretty fast. I do it on an empty stomach and have a small piece of bread with it. It absorbs incredibly fast. I can feel the fist signs in about 15 minutes. Then about 30-45 minutes later I get the first body wave. Then for the next 2 hours it just gradually, but steadily climbs.

Nice man. You should clean that stuff up with some cold dry MEK for a clean experience .

Swim recently did an extraction himself and got 1.6g tan crystals from 100g powder. Was amber brown at first but cleaned up into light tan sand colored crystals. Started with 325mg and then bumped dosage up to 750mg 4 hrs in. Ended up being a freakin awsome night and was tripping well into the next day after sleeping, with after effects for several days! I dont think I have ever danced that hard or been into the music playing that much in my life .

Mescaline seems like a very friendly psychedelic. Dont be shy to start alittle high for sure would be safe with 350 mg of decently pure crystals unless your the sensitive type.
