Get around much cannabis and you're gonna get sticky.
Spend the day trimming buds or working with hash oil and it can get ridic.
Spend a week taking bong hits and that pipe can get really funky. Here's some downhome and inexpensive yet incredibly effective cleanup techniques:
YOUR HANDS:
My step-sister (ex) turned me on to this. As she said, "Like goes with like," and she was right. Just wash hands with Olive Oil thoroughly, then follow up with a regular surfactant (such as Dr. Bronner's) and the goo is gone! It's incredibly efficacious and works a LOT better than washing your hands with an nps, such as isopropyl alcohol. A lot healthier too I imagine.
YOUR PIPE:
I've never tried cleaning my gear with oil like above - it might be worth a shot. But what really works well here is a good slosh of isopropyl alcohol (about 1/3'rd of a small bottle which tends to cost about $1 to $2) and epsom salts. Since the alcohol and the salts do NOT react, they both work together to scrub the equipment. Add a scritchy pipe cleaner and you may get that rig looking like new.
