How to figure out that my MAO is really inhibited?

Migrated topic.

Hello,
I have a question, it probably been somewhere here but I can't find it, maybe some of you know - how to understand that MAO is inhibited?
How to understand that - well, I've got 150mg of harmalas extract for example and my MAO is 100% inhibited at this exact dose.
How I can know that MAO just with that dose (just some ammount) is fully inhibited? Is this by feeling or something personal thing?
Some of people are okay with 250-300 mg of harmalas, but I start being nauseous with 200mg and more, KT from here starts feeling nauseous just from 120 mg, so... does it mean everyone has the personal MAO inhibiting threshold? And there is a question does inhibition being correlated with feeling nauseous?

Good question indeed.
I suppose there's something gradual to it.
Duration factor plays too.
I feel deems start to feel present from an early 75mg, but in practice go for 150 minimum.
Nausea might set in from 200, one days yes, another day no. Bullet proof activation for deems.

The feel of harmalas, is that representative with the maoi activity?
How does moclobemide feels? Like harmalas? I've no idea, would like to know please.

Based on studies showing how people with severe depression tend to have more of certain MAOs in their gut, I think it's safe to assume that there is a range of threshold between people.

One love

The poll question and the thread title don't necessary correlate - what if you're interested in the effects of harmalas besides (or in addition to) the MAOI properties? Cos I know I am.
