This was my huasca experience #1 about a year ago:

200mg harmine base + 20 grams brewed psychotria tea (filtered and fridge purified for 5 days beforehand) was drunk.

The 20 grams of hawaiian psychotria contained approximately 35mg of dmt based on past defat & extraction sample done to verify potency.

The experience was absolutely unbelieveable, the outer world began to transform, then I saw unmatched before beauty in everything & started to cry in happiness. I didn't want it to end. With closed eyes saw brightly lit geometrics and butterfly forms spinning and changing. Then saw Incan and Egyptian architecture and even futuristic cities, It was more visual with closed eyes than any acid trip, there was no paranoia or fear during the trip, there was no somatic uncomfortableness accompanying the visions. The visuals continued for about 3 hours, the most magical experience. I highly recommend this combo to trippers. Next time will add 150mg of THH (tetrahydroharmine) to the brew to add an extra special dimension. The THH is said by a handful of people who have just began experimenting with it to add mild euphoria, personal power and increased potentiation of the dmt. I took the brew during the afternoon today and was highly impressed. There also was no dizziness as I've experienced in the past like when I took a too large dose of caapi, which left me immobalized for half the day, that one experience many years ago kept me away from ayahuasca all that time.

I did throw up about 15 minutes after the psychotria was felt coming on, felt remarkably refreshed completely fine after that.

According to the research by Dennis Mckenna, a typica ayahuasca brew (page 111 of "Ayahuasca" by Metzner):

150ml of tea contains:

* 250mg harmine

* 160mg THH

* 30mg harmaline

* 36mg DMT

This is what I based my above trip on, only I lacked the THH, but will next time add it. 200mg of harmine is imho more than enough even for individuals weighing over 200 pounds.
