Yes. From low to moderate doses I experienced only vaso-effects, shortness of breath, dizziness and tachycardia.

The only time I felt real psychedelic effects were the first time I basically overdosed by snorting 650 mg of yopo snuff. There were running stripes and very confusing and scary downfall into an abyss - then something like crashing to a glass wall in ultrasound speed. It was like if I almost died and peaked to the other side. It was very scary.
