I don't understand why my third batch always look so muddy compare to the first two one who are transparent and red

Hi everyon,e question is in the title!
I use mimosa hostilis, brew 3hours each.

1 and 2nd batch after 2 filtration (coffee paper filter + coton) :

It's normal IME. My guess is some part of the plant gets "cooked" and soaked in water, and becomes suspended in the brew, as if it were a soup. If you let it rest in the fridge for a day or two and decant, it will become much more clear. Another option is freezing it and then thawing, in my experience that forces a lot of the plant matter to sink to the bottom.
Another option you could try if this bothers you is a cold water extraction, that results in an exceptionally clear brew.
