i think i made a booboo but im not sure

So I've been doing this for a while now, and I've never gone out of order before in the steps, the way that I learned them.

...any way, when I make my jugs, I first put in distilled water, followed by the lye, followed by MHRB....

...this time I accidentally started to put the MHRB in first, then I stopped my self before adding the lye.

So my question is, is it ok to add the lye after the MHRB? Or will that kill what ever hopes I had for a yield?

Its basically just in that order becuase it is easier to mix in lye without a bunch of MHRB floating around in it.
