More and more as I meditate with this spirit of Tabernanthe I am realizing the crux of what is occurring. As we enter these days of doomsday scenarios and talks of "the end" at the same time Iboga is suddenly found to be endangered in it's spiritual home. Anyone who has undergone a flood of Iboga has been confronted with the scenes of violence that replicates event horizon episodes. Well putting 2 and 2 together to me it is now plain to see. Iboga relegates these atypically scary scenes of the last days to show that it is on the verge of extinction if humans keep killing him without replanting. It is in effect the portal through the Root to God himself. It is the reflection of all things that only the spirit can see without the soul's(egos) interferance.
So to me it becomes a goal of uniquivical proportions that instead of being pessimistic, everything is done to insure Iboga's lifeblood is sustained. As many things are getting more tense on the world scene and rumors of war and war steadily increase, the will to invest in long term Iboga survival becomes a purpose for (my) life. In fact it isn't too far to presume that with the dollar crashing more and more as well as all other currencies, that if support continues for Iboga Salvation like has occured on the Nexus, that there will be so much Iboga in 15 years that it will be a form of currency. Hopefully other entheogens and gemstones will also take hold as currency, but Iboga in my very subjective opinion would hold the economical system together.
I just want to keep saying that to the native Bwiti and IMO, wherever Iboga grows there is peace. Therefore holding a long term experiment to plant in war torn areas with a tropical environment becomes imperative. Such areas include but are not limited to Uganda, Dem. Rep. of Congo, Kenya, Rwanda, Sierre Leone, Southern Sudan, Southern Chad, Sri Lanka, as well as areas that have been traumatized by war around equitorial regions i.e. Laos, Vietnam, Columbia, El Salvador, Nicaragua and others. Knowing this is extremely ambitious the priorities remain in the areas where we currently have people on the ground especially in the Amazon. But from my encouters with flooding on Iboga and coming face to face with the prophecies of violence, I now know what he was trying to tell me. Plant Iboga or say goodbye to humanity. I know this sounds like an insane statement, and I recongnize it is pure intuitive opinion, but I think it holds a thread of truth in the form of hope we can actually act on and not just talk about.
