Hello All, My Name Is Adrian, I'm 17 Years Old Going On 18 In A Couple Of Months. Since I Began High School I Have Became Very Interested In Spirituality. I Would Stay Up Very Late Reading About Astral Travel, OBEs, Meditation, Lucid Dreaming, And Plenty Of Other Spiritual Practices. I Am Very Glad I Have Found This Forum. I Have Read So Many Experiences Using DMT, And Have Finally Decided To Embrace An Experience Myself. The Only Drug I Have Ever Experimented With In My Life Was Marijuana, Since Recently I Have Become A Casual Marijuana Smoker. After Ordering Bark And Failing At An Attempt To Extract The DMT, I Had Decided To Make An Ayahuasca Anolog Brew Using Mimosa Hostilis And Syrian Rue. I Have To Say I Have Had The Most Profound Experience Of My Life, The Beauty I Experienced Was Beyond Translation.

Once Again, Thank You Guys/Girls For Helping Me Open My Eyes, To Receive Such An Amazing Experience And Blessing From The Sacred Spice.

Oh, there the introduction essay was up and running! First of all, I wish you once again welcome to this wonderful community! Secondly, I will have to ask you to stop capitalize every word. What is the point, except making it annoying to read?

You seem like a nice dude with a great interest here in life! I will encourage you to continue reading about the subjects you are talking about, except perhaps not staying up all night. ;) I do, however, have some concerns. When you are only 17 years old your mind, personality and in fact the brain itself is still very much in development.

I want to urge you to consider if entheogens may be something you should more or less save for later years. Your mind is not something you should be playing with carelessly, and using entheogens in your age might very well lead to unwanted effects. That is not to say they necessarily will do you any harm, but I urge you to open your eyes to that possibility.

Personally, I do not encourage use of entheogens for anyone under 20 years of age, simply because most people are not adults before around this age. Some not before several years later. I don't know you so I can't know if this applies to you, but nonetheless I want you to consider if entheogens really are the step you should take at this point in your life.

This is intended with no offense whatsoever, to the contrary, it is said with love. Take care! :)
 
Thank you evening glory for your kindness and concern. Though I consider my mental maturity outstanding for my age, i am not sure how far matured my body is. so i will take your opinion into consideration. thanks for all the help.
 
adrian, many consider themselves mature at your age just to notice later on, how wrong they were in their judgement. Not to say that this is the case with you, but please take this into account when you make your judgements. I was also very fascinated from a young age but there's so much else important stuff going on, that I would focus on that. What about girls for instance? The first job..all this usual kind of stuff you have to integrate into your life? 17 is still very intense, especially for a guy.

Astral travel and meditation is certainly a good way to grow spiritually while maintaining you ..lets say..."condition to grow" as a young adult.

You've experienced oral dmt and had a very good time. I would say...work with that in your daily life and be glad you were shown love and not terror. Keep this experience in your heart for a couple of years and draw inspiration from it to grow even more as a person, before embarking on another journey.

I still can't make the final decision for you, but can only offer advice i feel to be valuable. Whatever you do: Good luck and be careful.
