Well hello fellow travelers of the mind. My name is Charlie, I am 24 and live in the UK. I have been using psychedelics to explore inner and outer space for the last 8 years. I'm experienced in the use of the majority of common recreational substances, although I prefer cannabis and psychedelics, and tend to avoid stimulants and depressants the majority of the time. My psychedelics experience is wide and varied, but mostly Magic Mushrooms, LSD, 2c-b (and several other 2c-x chems). I like to have a psychedelic experience every few months generally, but sometimes it's more common, sometimes less so.
I guess rather than try and tell you about my drug history, which would be a lengthy, largely irrelevant and hard to remember process, I will tell you about myself and my experience with DMT.
I have been a member of an online forum based primarily around cannabis since 2003, and have met some fantastically amazing people over the years. The topics of discussion are not limited to cannabis and I was able to learn much about varying psychedelics. In spring of 2007 my first 250mg of spice found me, after 3 years of searching. around 8 months later the perfect situation presented itself for me to take that first tumble down the dmt rabbit hole. It was at the tail end of a long, positive communal drug experience in an isolated cottage in rural wales with 3 friends who I met via the drug forum. two of which had previous experience with DMT. I wrote pages and pages of text to try and record that experience for my own personal records, which at some point I will try and dig out and share with you guys. Since then I have taken several voyages with DMT and have always been astounded by it's raw power, beauty and the importance of each experience. I am also a voracious digital collector of literature on psychedelics, consciousness and esoteric anthropology, and I first found this site on one of my hunts for information, and I've slowly been trawling through your files for months. I noticed the forum section but left it to be discovered at a later date. Last week a quarter gram of spice arrived in the post and so my interest in the subject has been rekindled and I decided to sign up here.
I'm not sure if I will be able to devote as much time and effort into this community as I would like, as I am currently studying to be a health care professional and the course is very labor intensive, however I am very impressed with the ambiance in this community, very respectful and positive and mature. I think I will have alot to learn from here and hopefully I can contribute worthwhile knowledge or content along the way as well.
