Greetings.

Im Semi-fresh to the psychedelic experience, but hold suspended with in my psyche a great fascination and reverence for these intelligentsia. Im just beginning my journey in this realm. A new turning point in my life. and im very glad to have found it, had the awareness to harness it, and lucky enough to have the people and circumstances for it to have made its self apparent and known to me.

I have a background in Meditation, and have some strange but not to strange experiences to go with them. i was a member of the "Higher Balance Institute" for over 5 Years. - after a relapse in "faith" and a sense of being spiritually burnt out, due to it causing problems in my relationship in regards to money & said organisation, i rejected it and all spirituality and became a atheist for a while, then going from this emotionless gray state finding myself falling back to agnostic with in 8-12 weeks or so, - i fell in to depression as this new reality of mind lacked meaning, and i was very profoundly aware of my own mortality and my pending doom, all i had to do was wait and id be dead and that would be it. Gone.

It was at this time ironically that i first had my first psychedelic consumption of The Mushroom. which was uneasy yet profound even in my depressed, sad, restless state of mind.
After the initial onslaught of nausea, paranoia and confusion i still had am amazing opening of communication of understanding with what i was seeing, - just looking at the clouds and it was almost like a fractal of thought opened up like a pandoras box subtle yet profound. It was worth the bumpy ride.

Thank you for taking the time to read this

Hope to up date this soon.

Welcome to the forums, looking forward to seeing you in further threads man. The Nexus lives up to it's name as being a connected center for people that I hope you will probably find many similarities with. It's actually strange to meet so many like-minded people in the world, many of us are so used to being strange.
