That's the mindset that brought me into the field to begin with. Any psychologist would have labeled me mad, my OCD was enveloped me in every task even minute ones Such as closing a door, breathing, everything. If I could help one person, to relieve themselves of this pain, I will be happy, I may not be able to end mental disorders but if I turn someone who's lost themselves to mental disease and I bring em back to their families friends and society; then what more could I ask for, if not me then who. What's achievable and what's not is only up to the individual. I understand to the dot, what your saying. But my life is based around love, care, and friendship. It would be wrong not to help those who want It, only because i know i can. If a hungry man asks a rich man for a dollar to feed himself, would it not be wrong of the Richman to say if i give you a dollar to eat, its not gonna end starvation of homeless people.. Even though the Richman wants to help he won't because it won't end starvation. I believe this is a perfect example of what you are saying. The world sometimes shouldn't be looked at the sum of its parts, sometimes it should be looked at by the individual..
