Greetings all!

SWIM has been reading and learning from this community for about a month now. SWIM very much enjoys the vast amount of knowledge it contains as well as the attitudes of the members.

SWIM recently became acquainted with DMT about 3 years ago. SWIM first took a journey with ayahuasca and lately (last 2 months) have enjoyed DMT in its freebase form. SWIM's prior psychoactive usage has only been limited to marijuana, so DMT has been quite incredible to SWIM. It has brought personal healing within SWIMs own mind, of which SWIM is extremely thankful. SWIM has learned to really accept and love themselves, as well as the world around SWIM.

Over the past 2 years, SWIM has begun to worry about the environment. As such, SWIM has begun recycling, minimizing their energy footprint on the Earth, taking batteries to recycling centers, and trying to inspire friends to do the same.

SWIM has a wide variety of interests. SWIM really enjoys learning about psychology. SWIM is a huge fan of electronic music. Aphex Twin, Autechre, Siriusmo, Boys Noize, Boards of Canada, and Vitalic are among SWIMs top favorites. Reading is also a huge hobby of SWIM. Philip K. Dick, Stephen King, and Orson Scott Card are SWIMs favorite authors. SWIM also plays a lot of video games. SWIM loves nature as well, and is very thankful that SWIM lives within a farming community where the scenery is beautiful.

SWIM is not sure what else to say, however SWIM is very excited to be a member of this community!

Welcome to the Nexus Wispycat, I like your avatar. You are lucky to live in a farming community, and be surrounded by nature. If you were looking for the place, you found it. :) Thanks and Praises

...hi from a fellow recently joined nexian,
Aphex Twin is a sonic genius..."The Three Stigmata of Palmer Eldritch" by P.K.D is a truly entheogenic novel!
..might i also recommend Popol Vuh (70s music), Celestial Harmonies label for relaxing music, and of course Frank Herbert's Dune saga (especially God Emperor and Chapter House)..8)

Thanks for the recommendations nen. SWIM hasn't read "The Three Stigmata of Palmer Eldritch" quite yet, although SWIM plans on reading pretty much everything written by the author eventually. SWIM has read the first book of the Dune series, but SWIM hasn't read any past that. SWIM knows they have the first 3 of them, but in time, SWIM will pick up the rest and have them read as well. SWIM will definitely check out Popul Vuh in the next day or two. After reading a little about them, they sound quite intriguing.
And thanks for the welcome Kronas!
