Hi. I am 44 year old explorer. I have been using psychedelics since I was 15. I came to this world through the music of the Grateful Dead and Phish. For the majority of my life I used psychedelics for fun and connection with friends. In recent years I have segued into a deeper, more spiritual relationship with entheogen's. I have personally experienced the healing that is possible when these tools are used with intention. I am currently studying Transpersonal Psychology and am working towards becoming a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT). I am going to stick to reading and keeping a low profile for now, but look forward to being a vocal part of this community once I have ingested the vast amounts of information available here.
Thank you,
Cash

Welcome to the forums Cash! Look forward to seeing you in here and hope you can share one of your profound experiences in the future. I also used psychedelics for the fun with friends aspect, but only for a few years in my late teens early 20's. I came back to psychedelics in my mid 40's after spending 15 years in a bi-polar depressed state and after giving up on ssri's, benzos and an increasing dependance on opiates. All it took was a 5 min DMT experience to cure my negativr ways. Since then ive enjoyed the therapeutic value of psilocybin and continue to learn from my experiences.

I wish you well on your education and admire you for wanting to be a positive force in this wholly fucked up world.

Much love
