Another fail... The DMT looked pretty pure, not so yellow but white. It appeared to be nothing but crystal after I poured out the excess shellite and went to evap. the rest with a fan, the crystals basically turned into a clear liquid(?). I did everything fast, keeping it away from heat trying to avoid it re-dissolving but I'll probably have to write this one off and use it to enhance some leaf. With the IPA, do I just cover enough, mix it into leaf and evaporate same as other teks mention (instead of shellite)??

I'm halfway through the next batch, getting ready for the shellite extraction... Planning on defatting with a 2nd acid wash this time. At least the practice seems to be making things more efficient.
