It could have been ice though a lot of it was under the solvent line. Everything was done fast as fuck but yeah, I'd say practice is going to make perfect. I can see where I can improve in each process so in a few weeks I'll gather up some more materials and try to get things down immaculately.

I did the second A/B, it was really quick and simple and appeared to be a lot more pure than the last one. Used 1/2kg of bark, only got through one pull (ran out of shellite and it was getting late) so the yield probably won't be the greatest but it looks clean.

If it's fine having the 4ltr jug/bottle (plant extract/acid water/caustic soda/left over shellite) sitting for a day then I'll do another pull or two after work (gotta stop by Bunnings heh).

Eluna - Have you had some clear success or are the extracts still a bit oily/yellow?
