Thank you so much.

I don't have much experience in different methods, perhaps the method I used was amateur but I tried the sandwich method with parsley as the layering between the hit of DMT.

I figured this was an easy way for me to experiment without wasting it or taking more than I was able to handle.

I hoped to learn different ways and try again but I am nervous so that has held me back quite a bit, which makes me sad.


I have broken through the veil with this method without actually meaning to, which leads me to believe I may have low tolerance or sensitivity to it no matter how often I do it.
