Is anyone familiar with 5meo as a liquid?

A friend may soon have an opportunity to try 5meo. He told me this source typically has it as a liquid and vaporizes it with a Volcano (or something similar) into a bag.

I have not had a chance to try 5meo before, but I hadn't heard of it being available as a liquid. Could anyone fill me in a bit on this method? I have no idea if the person who actually has the 5meo knows the dosage or not per X amount of liquid.

I would never approach 5-MeO without knowing exactly the amount I'm taking, unless I really trust my sitter-feeder.
I would extract from a 5 ml, or just let it evaporate, to see how much 5-meo is inside there. 5 mg more and 5 less can do a huge difference.
