Is chat broke?

Chat was working for a few hours, now its just reloading constantly, saying "Loading..." and that's is all its doing once i'm logged in. Is it the same for everyone?

Yeah it is having the constant reloading without ever loading glitch. Hopefully The Traveler will have some time to tune it up soon.
