I am no expert with this but please excersize extreme caution, while I don't believe lsd plus maoi or RIMA would cause serotonin syndrome (as lsd acts on serotonin receptors but doesn't cause more serotonin to be produced)  this would certainty  be a very powerful experiance, lsd would likely be potentiated by Mao inhibition and if you added dmt to the mix it would be even more powerful there's almost certainly other threads like this though with info on the medical side and with the experiancial side as well .
