It feels so important...

I keep having the overwhelming feeling in some of my journeys lately of the supreme importance and hugeness of this stuff. As if being on the cusp of an incredibly important breakthrough in human evolution. Today it felt bigger than ever and more beautiful and amazing as ever. I am struck during the deepest of this space with the thought "What is it?" What is happening? its BIG really big whatever it is. Why me? It feels like there is an intelligence behind it. Now I know that in many circles this is a given. The feeling is so strong its beyond words.
IT feels, really feels like something really huge is happening and we are seeing the beginning or a piece of something that is forming.

I'm getting more sure with each consecutive experience thats it IS SOMETHING not just a distortion of the known reality we live in. What is this something thats happening?

I said to my fellow traveller today: I don't know what it is but its the most beautiful thing I've ever experienced.

What is it?

The intelligence, once you see it, is undeniable.

Though to me, it's like creativity coming to life... I said that to myself last time I was puffing on a toke and it seemed to make perfect sense.
 
well, some schools of thoughts beleive that you never stop creating, that you are always creating (because you're made in the image and the likeness of *the* creator.) supposedly.

but will it? Remember: you are HIGH OFF YOUR ASS, ON DRUGS.

imho it'd would be wise to keep a slightly skeptical outlook and say to yourself "something might be happening".

Could you share some anecdotal evidence as to what this great change might be?
 
Just to add a third post (seem to find myself posting in triplets alot...)
I had a change of heart: although we must remain skeptical in order to keep a hold on the situation;

it is possible that aliens or extraterristrial extradimensional entities could visit us, here, in this 3D world + temporal dimension by simply cracking open our world and entering through an extra dimension. We wouldn't even notice it. Immagine a bunch of flatlanders being turned 3D for a moment, drawing an extra flatlander and then turning them all 2D again. They'd never notice. Its unlikely they can periceive the higher dimension;

so we may be visited by adjacent neighbours, or even wonderful beings from a higher dimension depending on your outlook and your beliefs. visited, RIGHT NOW!

SWIM hopes that they have new technologies, new ideas, different ways of doing things and things to contribute and swap with us so that we may learn and grow and evolve onward and upward. (and have loads of cool blue technology from the future :D) ... 500 TB disks which fit in your top pocket and weigh < 5g, are powered by a micro atomic fusion reactor and last for 10,000 years on one charge, instantly connected to all other devices wirelessly, automatically synching and intelligently downloading content based on what you might like to explore...

or better yet, (because no one has even thought of this, as far as I can tell) automatically creating content based on your half-baked ideas, which are automatically saved, and somone elses simmelar half baked ideas, which are automatically combined to produce a few potential offspring, patched in with filler downloaded from the net to produce a prototype... computer program, musical score, film script (with temperory cut up clips or digital 'actors') or schematics for new devices, viewpoints on physics calculations, ideas on the world... etc etc etc etc....

yeeeeeeeeeeeeeehaw.

There is no bubble to burst . I'm open to all possibilites. I don't think I'll ever figure this stuff out. It seems apparent that at the very least it allows the ability to tune into something that is most likely already there. Expanding and blurring the boundry of our known reality. I don't care what you say its pretty major in my book. Especially for someone who didn't really believe there was anything else. Its causing me to completely reform my understanding of myself, the world around me, reality,perception and the understading of a true god-like energy flowing through everything. Does that need to be downplayed in some way. Should I just blame it on the drugs.?

I believe "this something" IS more than drugs. I believe The Nexus is a Jr. Explorers Club who've just begun their awkward introductions and polish their compasses'.

I believe this precipice you feel emerging through the muck is one of the most important adventures since humans became Human tens of thousands of years ago...

The same feeling here. All the time I was asking these questions: what should I do to make it happen? What is my role in it? And the answer was that it had been already DONE. Which is strange, seeing all the chaos and confusion in the world...

Think about this for a minute.......
There must be zillions of life forms in the universe...Many (if not all) of them will discover mathematics and the concept of 0 and 1 as used in binary computer language- probably with the help of entheogens that show us that that Reality itself seems to be made of numbers/symbols/machinery etc....

Once the "people" invent computers things get interesting. (look how FAR we've come in 50 yrs!!!) We must assume that there are alien nerds that may have invented computers BILLIONS of years ago. We have a hard time imagining what our computers may do 10 years from now.....what about 50 years? We already have crude virtual reality and 3D technology. In fifty yrs I would guess we would have something like a holodeck from Star Trek. All in the space of 100 years or so. So where is this tech gonna go in a thousand years? How bout a million years?

I believe that any civilization that discovers computers will in a short time be making virtual realities.....and in a relatively short time these VR's will be as real or more real than "normal reality". Just like the "Matrix". Now multiply this x untold civilizations across the universe. These VRs would then create more VRs, like a fractal. It's logical to assume that there are now zillions of VRs running across the universe. VR's so advanced that we would not know the difference between them and from what we consider to be "real". So what are the odds that we are living in a "REAL" reality now???? Pretty low in my opinion....the overwhelming odds are that we are living in a VR...a VR programmed by another lifeform.....maybe the lifeform we call God, maybe a lifeform from another galaxy.....

Now take this technology to it's logical conclusion.....in a relatively short time we will have computers with more power than the human brain. It may happen in a flash 20-30 years in the future...and the computer becomes sentient and aware ala "Terminator". Whether or not the computers will turn evil on us IDK....but at minimum I expect we will be able to download our consciousness into a computer/cyborg body. And once we do this we will be vastly more capable as a species- and really won't have the need to reproduce the old fashioned way......we would just blend our programs together to create a "child". Remember the boy in the movie "Artificial Intelligence"? He was a robot 9 yr old that you could buy in the store- After he was "powered up" - if you wanted to you could "imprint" him with a set of code words to engage his emotions and he would love you like a real boy. Wow. It's like these sci-fi movies are nothing but previews of what is to come. Maybe spice is nothing but a snippet of computer code that runs a program in our VR. That or it's the closest thing to actual Magic on the planet!

Anywayyyy......things sure are getting interesting on this old planet!
